How do you accept payments?
USDT (TRC20 or ERC20), USDC, or USD via SWIFT to an Armenian entrepreneur bank account. Invoices are issued in USD before each milestone. The client covers all bank or network fees.
What is a typical delivery timeline?
Most projects ship a working v1 within two to six weeks. The exact timeline is fixed in writing once we've reviewed your brief and agreed on scope.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, or as long as less than 30% of agreed scope has been executed. Already-consumed AI credits and third-party fees are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
Do you sign an NDA?
A mutual NDA is included by default. Your data, source code and roadmap are treated as confidential and never reused for other clients.
Who owns the code we pay for?
You do. Full intellectual property in project deliverables transfers to the client upon final payment. Pre-existing internal tools and frameworks remain owned by the contractor and are licensed to you for use within the project.
What kind of support do you provide after launch?
A Telegram control bot performs 24/7 health audits, with optional retainer hours for fixes, evolutions and new features. You always pay only for actual hours worked and actual credits used.
